We offer a free returns policy within 30 days if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

This also covers any returns within your lifetime craftsmanship guarantee.

This guarantee covers the structural integrity and craftsmanship of our products. It does not cover:

• Consumable components such as light bulbs, fuses, batteries, or electrical accessories

• Damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or accidents

• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, patina changes, or cosmetic ageing

If your item requires repair due to a craftsmanship issue, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We’ll do our best to make it right.
